Does GemsMart sell products directly?
No. GemsMart operates as a marketplace platform and does not manufacture, own, or directly sell gemstones or jewelry. All products are listed and fulfilled by independent vendors.

Are all gemstones certified?
Certification details are provided for applicable gemstones through recognized third-party gemological laboratories. Where available, certification or verification information is clearly disclosed within each product listing.

Does GemsMart offer custom jewelry or custom gemstone services?
GemsMart does not directly offer custom jewelry or gemstone services. However, customers may contact trusted vendors listed on the platform to inquire about custom or bespoke requests, subject to vendor capabilities and platform policies.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods are accepted?
Payments must be completed using GemsMart’s approved payment methods available at checkout. At this time, digital wallets and installment payment options are not supported.

How does the payment process work?
Customer payments are processed through a secure, escrow-style system. Funds are held temporarily and released to the vendor in accordance with platform policies, helping support a fair and transparent transaction process.

Are prices shown inclusive of taxes and shipping?
Prices, applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any additional charges are displayed during checkout before payment is confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery

Who handles shipping?
Shipping is managed by the individual vendor. Vendors are responsible for packaging, dispatch, and carrier selection in accordance with platform guidelines.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Vendors are required to provide a valid shipment tracking number for each order, allowing customers to monitor delivery progress.

What if my shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged?
In such cases, GemsMart may initiate a structured review process. Claims are assessed through a neutral dispute resolution framework and resolved based on available evidence, shipping records, and platform policies.

Returns & Refunds

What is GemsMart’s return policy?
Returns are accepted only if they strictly comply with GemsMart’s Return & Refund Policy. Items must meet eligibility requirements and be returned in original condition with all accompanying materials.

Is an unboxing video required?
Yes. For security and verification purposes, customers must record a continuous video while opening the parcel. Returns or disputes submitted without this video evidence may not be accepted.

How are refunds calculated?
If a return is approved, the refund amount may be subject to deductions, including shipping costs, marketplace commissions, transaction fees, and applicable or non-recoverable taxes. The final refund reflects the net refundable amount.

Disputes & Support

How are disputes handled?
Disputes are reviewed through a neutral procedural process, which may involve a dispute committee. Resolutions are based on documentation, platform policies, and reasonable commercial standards.

Who is responsible during a dispute?
Neither the vendor nor GemsMart is automatically deemed responsible during dispute review. Each case is evaluated independently.

Communication & Conduct

How can I contact a vendor?
All communication with vendors must occur through GemsMart’s internal messaging system. External communication methods are not permitted.

Can I leave feedback?
Yes. Customers are encouraged to leave honest and factual feedback after completing a transaction. Feedback must be respectful and based on the actual purchase experience.

Account & Security

Who can create an account?
Users must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement under U.S. law.
